DIY Transferring Images to Leather Tutorial from Lana Red here. Rarely do I see tutorials that are totally new to me - but this is one of them. Lana uses iron-on tee shirt transfer paper to transform leather scraps into jewelry. If you read my blog I really like and use tee shirt transfer paper because I’ve had really good luck with it using it to design my own tee shirts, applying it to cheap canvas bags, etc…
DIY Easy Rose Gold Chain and Wire Bracket and Anklet from …Love Maegan. What I really like about this tutorial is that the closure is the copper wire, so you simply loop your chain around whatever you create with the wire. She also has links to Amazon so you can see exactly what she used in her project.

IN OTHER NEWS: today at work we made some medals for the kids by melting old shiny beads into muffin pans and I was allowed to make this blue one!
Also please enjoy my Winchesterian levels of plaid today.
To make the medals:
- Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees.
- Fill the bottom level of a muffin pan with some regular sized beads and make sure they’re evenly spread.
- Place the tray in the oven for about 20-30 minutes or until the beads have melted into one flat level.
- About halfway through make sure to flip the tray around so every pod heats evenly.
- Take the tray out and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Use a sharp knife or your fingernail and the medals just pop right out.
- Enjoy your medals!
